Intient - CGT

Intient -CGT is comprised of multiple components and capabilities that together support the end-to-end treatment journey, including patient enrollment, order management, and co-ordination of treatment activities.​ Upon joining as a senior UX designer midway through, - I brought a fresh perspective to the team's application analysis, enabling us to uncover numerous design loopholes. - We're dedicated to enhancing consistency and delivering an improved user experience. - As part of the ongoing product development, I've actively contributed to the creation of new models, focusing on refining them in subsequent sprints since joining the team.​ - I worked on the Project creating user-friendly screens for patient, pharmacy, and nurse data based on user requirements. - Ensured compliance with Design System standards, aiming for 90 to 100 percent scorecard. - Focused on data-driven design and usability for an efficient user experience. - Collaborated with developers, BSAs, and clients, bridging the gap between design solutions and development implementation. One of the use cases that garnered wholehearted appreciation was; 1st - At the project's inception, data on the UI screen was displayed using JSON format. However, based on my recommendation for improved readability and comparability, we transitioned to presenting the data in a tabular view, as depicted in images 1 and 2. 2nd - The initiative to minimize user clicks when downloading a single user report, as illustrated in images 3 and 4. 3rd - I was able to successfully persuaded the client to transition from a multi-editing format within a table to a user-centric design where data is inserted first, followed by the automatic creation of a corresponding table. This approach not only enhances clarity but also simplifies usability, surpassing the effectiveness of the previous design. LinkedIn - Fin360

Designed a simplified financial management platform to help company teams efficiently manage their online and offline business operations. Collaborated closely with the finance team to redesign complex workflows from the legacy Oracle EBS system into a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Key contributions included designing the dashboard, user creation flow, avatar and function assignment pages to streamline internal processes. The new system enabled users to easily perform tasks such as updating personal details, managing purchase orders, accessing and reprinting invoices, and cancelling orders—consolidating multiple functions into a single, easy-to-navigate platform.

Project - Scheduler

Designed the Manage Schedule module to improve scheduling flexibility and data management. The solution enables users to schedule multiple events on the same date and effectively handle cancelled or rescheduled events. To enhance usability and clarity, different event statuses—such as Scheduled, Actual Date, Delivered, Rejected, Approved, and Rescheduled—were visually differentiated using color-coded indicators aligned with the design system, ensuring better visibility and interface consistency.

Accenture - Newsletter

I was tasked with designing newsletters for two distinct projects. The first project required a newsletter to be sent out every time a sprint was completed and went live, which we referred to as the Go-Live Announcement. The second project was designed to recognize and showcase outstanding employees who served as inspiration to others. In this newsletter, we highlighted their accomplishments, milestones achieved by the project, and the inspiring employee's contribution to the project.

Success Story - MME

For Showcasing the work of this project, I did the designing for MME. Goal was to keep it crisp and valuable. As needed to showcase in 2 to 3 minutes. So, I came up with the concept of keeping overview at one place, key scopes in one and key benefits in one page. This way I was able to achieve desired goal with less number of slides.

Data Portal Redesign

Designed a mobile-first web application for EE’s data purchase journey that helps users quickly recharge when they have low or no internet data. The flow begins with an automated SMS notification containing a URL that directs users to the portal to purchase additional data. The experience includes a data dashboard with real-time usage visualization, categorized data packs (Unlimited, One-off, and Recurring), and interactive modals for product details and purchase confirmation. Built with a responsive, intuitive design aligned with EE’s brand guidelines, the solution supports both pay-monthly and pay-as-you-go users and ensures a seamless end-to-end top-up experience.
